- New to the community? Create your free account using the same email you purchased with, choose a password, then follow the instructions to access your purchased programs.
- Don't see a program you bought? Email support and we'll help you locate your purchase.
Important: Creating a community account is free. You do not have to purchase a paid community subscription to access a program you've already bought.

Can't get into your account?
Visit the member area and use the sign-in or password reset options shown there. Make sure you're using the email connected to your community account.
If you're still stuck, send us the email address used for your purchase so we can help.
Purchased a program, but can't find it?
Make sure you're signed into the correct account. If the training is still missing, contact support and tell us the program name and purchase email.
You do not need to purchase the program again.

Our support team can help review your purchase and explain the options that apply to your order.
Email us with the address used at checkout and your order number, if available. If you paid through PayPal, include the PayPal email associated with the payment.

Some optional programs or services may have recurring charges. A one-time program purchase does not automatically mean you enrolled in a paid subscription.

Is The Untamed Man community free to join?
Yes. Creating an account in The Untamed Man is free. Joining the free community does not sign you up for a paid membership or subscription.
Do I have to pay again to access a program I purchased?
No. If you've already purchased a program, you shouldn't need to buy that same program again just to access it. If you're unable to find your training, contact support with your purchase email and the name of the program.
Do I have to join the community to use my training?
Not necessarily. Direct access is available for certain programs. If you prefer not to join our free community, email support with your full name, purchase email, and the names of the programs you purchased, and request access that bypasses the community.
What if I don't remember my order number?
That's okay. Send us your name, the email used when purchasing, and the program you bought. We'll do our best to locate the order. If you paid with PayPal, please also include your PayPal email.
Why am I seeing a recurring charge?
If you've been billed after your initial payment, it's because you opted for the free trial of our Attraction Dashboard Mastermind Weekly Lessons. If you forgot you took the trial or meant to cancel, contact our support team and let them know. Please provide your full name and the email address you used to purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Send a refund request to support@bobbyriotraining.com, including your purchase email and order number if available. Our team will review the request under the terms applicable to your purchase.
Where can I ask for personal dating or relationship advice?
For personal coaching questions, use the Ask for Advice section inside The Untamed Man community. Customer support primarily handles orders, access, billing, and technical assistance.
